Refund Policy

Tickets bought online for Watermouth Family Theme Park And Castle are non-refundable.

Tickets purchased online are valid at Watermouth Castle & Family Theme Park for the date selected at time of purchase by the customer.  Any unused or out of date tickets are declared void, will not be honoured and will not be refunded.  Please check your ticket details straight away and inform us of any mistakes as these cannot be rectified on the day of admission.

Tickets can be changed to a different day, if we have availability, but we will require at least 48 hours notice prior to the time of your visit. There is a rebooking charge of £5 per booking, and this will need to be paid in advance to our account through online banking.  To transfer your booking to another date please email info@watermouthcastle.com with your request, including your booking reference.

We would advise you to read our COVID SAFETY POLICY before booking tickets to the park as we have had to make some changes to how we operate.  These changes are made in good faith, for the safety of our customers and employees and refunds will not be issued in the event that this policy has not been read.

Replacements for lost tickets will not be issued and no refunds will be given in the event of the ticket not being used.

This ticket is not for resale, is non-refundable and has no cash value.

Once purchased online, tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

The card used to purchase tickets online must be shown when collecting your tickets at the front entrance.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Park in the event that our visitor capacity is reached and/or exceeded.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove persons from the park at their absolute discretion.  This includes, but is not limited to, people under the influence of alcohol or drugs, people being aggressive towards staff, customers or generally disturbing the peace, anyone under the age of 16 without an accompanying adult.

We regret that dogs are not permitted in the Castle or Park with the exception of guide dogs.

Anyone found in the Park without a valid wristband for that day may be asked for proof of purchase.  In the event we suspect the entrance fee has not been paid you may be asked to leave and could be reported to the police.

Height restrictions apply on some rides.

Children under 92cm are free.  If on arrival you have not paid for a child and they are measured to be 92cm or over, they will be charged the full entrance fee.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Our admission price includes entry to the Castle and Park, including all rides and attractions.  The only additional charges are for water balloons, antique pier slot machines, catering or retail outlets.

Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances rides and attractions may be closed, removed or otherwise unavailable without prior notice.  Watermouth Castle Estates in its absolute discretion reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to close any part of the park at any time.

All prices are correct at time of going to print but subject to change without notice.
