Facilities
Facilities available to our guests during their visit.
We have made a number of changes around the park, please see our COVID SAFETY POLICY for further information.
WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the Courtyard and through out the majority of the gardens. Mobile phone signal can be weak due to our location. Wi-Fi calling or Whatsapp are great ways to contact members of your party if you get split up.

Due to fire regulations pushchairs are not permitted in the Castle. Our staff will transport them from the front entrance to the start of the gardens for your convenience.
Gift Shop
The Castle Gift Shop is located in the courtyard where you will find a wide range of souvenirs, toys, gifts, sweets, post-cards and our home made fudge.
Conveniences and baby changing
There are three sets of ladies and gentlemen’s toilets situated around the Park. Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities can be found in the Castle courtyard and in the Gardens.
Dogs
Unfortunately, with the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted anywhere within the castle or gardens.
Wheelchair access
The majority of the Castle and Gardens are accessible to wheel chairs users, (we have a route to follow), and all our pathways are tarmac, but, some are steep in places and it is recommended that you are accompanied by someone willing and able to help in these areas.
First aid points
There are two first aid points situated in the Courtyard and the Gardens, visitors should refer to a uniformed member of Staff if assistance is required.
Parking
We have extensive free parking for patrons on the Castle Battlements and within the Woodland Car-park. Please note, all vehicles and contents are left at owners risk.
