Watermouth Castle Latest News Update

A Message From The Haines Family, Watermouth Castle

We hope everyone has managed to keep themselves safe and well over the last few months in what has been very difficult and unusual times for all of us.

Sadly, it is with a heavy heart that we are to announce that Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle will remain closed for the rest of the season. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for us as a family, and we send our apologies to all our loyal regular visitors, and to those holidaying in the area who had intended to visit us this season.

Guests staying in the Castle holiday apartments will be able to visit the Castle Gardens and have access to limited attractions during their stay. Many of you will have received details about this already, and we are looking forward to making your stay as welcoming and enjoyable as possible.

Apologies to those who have sent messages here. Our staff are furloughed and will likely remain so for the immediate future. If anyone purchased tickets before the lockdown, they will naturally be honoured next season. If you require a refund, please get in touch via info@watermouthcastle.com to discuss your options. Please allow us some time to reply, we will get to you.

We thank you for your understanding, and hope we have your continued support for the future. Please continue to keep safe and we look forward to welcoming you back next year.

With Best Wishes, The Haines Family, Watermouth Castle
