• The Toboggan ride carries an additional charge of £2.00 per ride.
• Pushchairs are permitted throughout the site, except inside the Castle due to fire regulations. We operate a pushchair valet service and our team will assist you on arrival.
• Arcade Machines – Should you wish to enjoy our antique coin-operated arcade machines, please bring cash with you. Children must be supervised to ensure the correct coins are used to protect the delicate mechanisms inside these vintage machines.
• Certain attractions and activities within the park carry a small additional charge. View full details of optional extras here.
• The natural topology and structure of the grounds means only a small portion of the site is suitable for those with impaired mobility.
• Rides operate throughout the day on Peak and Super Peak dates. On Off-Peak dates, rides operate on a request (push-button) system. Please refer to our Off-Peak Park Information page for full details.

• Dogs are welcome! A £2.50 admission fee applies per dog. Only friendly, well-behaved dogs are permitted and must be kept on leads at all times. Dogs are not allowed in play areas, on rides, or in food and drink areas. Owners remain responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times and for clearing away any waste into the bins provided. • We operate a Super Peak, Peak and Off-Peak pricing structure throughout the season. Ticket type varies by date - please refer to the online booking calendar for pricing on your selected day.
• Book in advance and save! Tickets booked at least one day before your visit are £2 cheaper than tickets booked on the day or purchased on arrival.
• Disabled visitors do not receive a discounted entry ticket; however, one free carer (aged 18+) may accompany them. Evidence of DLA/PIP, a valid Access Card, or a Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be shown on arrival to qualify. Please see our accessibility information here.
• On all return visits, ID will be required to confirm the ticket holder matches the original purchaser. *On all return visits, ID will be needed to check guests matches the name of the person who purchased the ticket/s.​
